This morning more of the swell had filled in -- Outer Wash not
really working on the outgoing tide so we paddled out to The Wash.
Mostly rode the right side of The Rock and also some of The Wash
waves but there was a price to pay hanging in the takeoff zone as
walls of white water would roll through on the bigger set. Our
bodies are beat from head to toe. Very light winds and semi-glassy
conditions. Water is around 80F, air much warmer.
Post Session Grinds: Plata Typico (huevos, frito bacon, rice
beans, and fruit. The afternoon should be good.
