Wind/Weather:
Diurnal wind pattern continues for South/Central America and Southern Costa Rica; light offshore wind
in the early to mid mornings (depending on location), before a light to moderate onshore sea-breeze
gradually develops over the late morning/afternoons (a little stronger for some areas, lighter for others).

Note that, the northern half of Costa Rica, as far south as the mouth of the Gulf of Nicoya, will see
breezy offshore flow through the morning (moderate to breezy in some areas), with all day offshore flow
(some areas side-offshore) for favored areas.
