Surf was flat this morning. Gives me time to get my board finned up, waxed, etc., and everything else in place.

Afternoon Update:
Surf
Thursday: 1-3' overhead high NNW ground swell with occasional well overhead high sets.The NW PR forecast is focused on the beaches around Rincon.
THURSDAY: 4-6' NNW swell filters in. Expect rapidly rising surf through the AM with solid 2-3'+ overhead sets developing for the more exposed breaks. Winds are light E/ESE around 3-6kts early, becoming light onshore into the afternoon.
